hellooo!! just arrive from school xP tomorrow I have a chemistry test aaaahh!!! loool it stills hot over here xP On Friday, there were lots of people on the beach!! and it's November!! we usually stop goig to the beach in the begining of october! can you imagine? and the leaves began a few days ago to fall! LOl ok.. the competition was physically very hard on saturday.. about 7,3 kms and 500 m. but it was soooo good! =) then on sunday was the middle distance, much easier =) Portugal won! both men and women =) it's like the points men from each country have and the same from women. Portuguese women couldn't beat Spanish women a long time ago, maybe 7 years or something xP

well.. I won the competition.. but the 2nd day was bad.. I was so tired!!! xP My school has already begin.. in the morning I have to go there, then at the afternoon I just study, train or spend some time in front of my computer =) Today I'm going to Spain to the O-foot iberian chapionship... As it also goes to the Portuguese Ranking, here I go.. But Joao is representing Portugal!! =) wich is goooood! Lol It is so hot here!! I'm using Summer clothes!!! aaaahhh!! xP and you? what are you doing the whole time now? Do you still train the kids??
